Dr Titus Kehinde Olaniyi PhD, FHEA, MAIAA, MBCS, CITP
Dr Titus Kehinde Olaniyi is a decision-scientist and a Fellow of The Higher Education Academy, UK. He is a Chartered Information Technology Professional of British Computer Society (UK) and a Professional Member of other accredited professional bodies in both UK (British Computer Society etc) and abroad (American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics). He has a PhD from London South Bank University, UK entitled ‘Decision Support Systems for Sustainable Energy Planning in a Developing Economy’. His MSc is in Energy Engineering; BSc in Aeronautical Engineering; a Pilot Licence and a Level 2 Certificate in Risk Assessment Principles and Practice from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (UK).
He has taught widely across domains; information systems, aerospace, energy, strategic management and quality/reliability engineering etc in many UK universities and abroad. He is currently the External Examiner (Subjects/Awards) BEng (Hons/HND/HNC) Aerospace Engineering and BSc (Hons) Aircraft Maintenance Engineering at the University of Glamorgan, UK. Dr Olaniyi is currently championing the Sustainable Aerospace Development Specialist Group of the Association of Aerospace Universities (UK). He is a member of the Aerospace & Defence Sector Strategy Group (UK).
Dr Olaniyi has co-chaired various international conferences on Internet Technology and Secured Transaction, Digital Information Management etc. He is on the Editorial Board of the International Journal for Digital Society and International Journal for Intelligent Computing Research. In addition to other methodological approaches, He adopts System Thinking/System Dynamics as sustainable decision support paradigm for planning and policy formulation. His teaching, research and consultancy services include energy, aerospace, information, and communication technology.
